Payment methods and details

Q: What modes of payment do you accept?

A: We currently accept Direct Bank deposit and payments made via PayPal. In case you missed the Direct Bank deposit option, it is right below the PayPal payment option.

BPI Account details show up as soon as you check out. To proceed and finalise your order, send a screenshot or photo of your money transfer or deposit slip.
PayPal orders are automatically processed and sent 1 business day after the order is confirmed.

Q: I can’t seem to checkout with my international PayPal account when I want my Datebook shipped to an address in the Philippines.

A: Shopify won’t let you check out via PayPal unless you ship within the country specified by your PayPal address. But don’t worry! Just shoot us a message on Instagram /Facebook or email us at and we will gladly send you a PayPal invoice manually. Continue with submitting your form and just click the bank deposit option and we will manually mark your order as confirmed as soon as you approve our PayPal payment request.

Q: Where to the datebooks ship out from?

A: We send them out from our studio in Makati, Philippines

Q: How long does it take for a local shipment (within the Philippines)
to arrive ?

A: One business day after order is complete and payment is made, your package will ship out. We offer 2 modes of delivery for Metro Manila and Provincial orders.

Metro Manila shipping options are as follows:

Xend- 69 php- 1-3 Business days
LBC- 130 php- 1-2 Business days ( preferred mode of Shipment if you need your order ASAP)

Provincial shipping options:

Xend- 100 php - 1-5 Business days
LBC- 190 php- 1-3 Business days ( preferred mode of shipment if you need your order ASAP)

Q: How will I know when my package has been sent out?

A: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, which you can track on the Xend / LBC website.

Q: I can’t seem to check out when I order more than 2 datebooks?

A: You may order 2 datebooks at a time. If you wish to order more than 2, you need to fill out another form, as the site only computes for shipping for 2 datebooks. If you have a bulk order ( 10 or more) or wish to stock the Daykeeper at your store, please send us an email at

Q: Do you ship internationally (outside of the Philippines) ?

A: Yes we do! Just put in your address on our site and it automatically computes for shipping. Shipping price is computed by weight and is for one datebook only. If you wish to make multiple international orders, please send us an email at

Q: How long does it take for international shipments to arrive?

A: The rate given by the site upon checkout is for standard postage, which takes 7-14 days. If you need your datebook sooner, please contact us at, so we can arrange for express shipping.

Q: Can we find you in any physical stores and bazaars this month?

Our datebooks are available at the Common Room PH pop up at the Alabang Town Center from December 2017 to January 2018
